Estimating Project Coordinator

The Estimating Project Coordinator will play an important role in coordinating bid opportunities, communicating with vendors and subcontractors, researching potential clients and projects, and ensuring timely follow up on submitted bids.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare RFQs (Request for quotes) and distribute requests to vendors and subcontractors for upcoming projects.
- Assist the estimating team with tracking bid opportunities, deadlines, and incoming pricing.
- Maintain a strict follow-up schedule for submitted bids and to identify next steps.
- Research potential clients and projects.
- Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal team members.
- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to the organization of quotes, scheduling and data entry.
- Previous experience in construction, estimating, project coordinator, or administrative support.
- Experience using bid tracking systems, CRM software, or project management tools.
- Familiarity dealing with vendors, subcontractors, and construction bid processes.
- Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
