The Field Manager – Trenchless Division is responsible for overseeing daily field operations for the trenchless equipment fleet which includes the vac truck, CCTV inspection van and pressure grout truck.

- Oversee daily field operations for the vac truck, CCTV inspection van and pressure grout truck.
- Coordinate work schedules for the vac truck, CCTV inspection van and pressure grout truck.
- Ensure trenchless crews operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment with project objectives, budget and resource allocation.
- Ensure proper use, care and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Prior experience in the operation of CCTV rig and pressure grout rig.
- Prior experience as a foreman or superintendent in underground pipe installation.
- Extensive knowledge in underground pipe installation.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift to 40 pounds.
- English and Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR record.
